Futura2000 is a distinguished member of the graffiti community, who has been tagging for 30 some years. As a side project, Futura has created a variety of conceptual websites, most notably www.futura2000.com, which acts as a visual calender. The website in essence is a blog, where an image is uploaded each day of the year, which eventually fills out a calendar. It has been around for an unknown amount of time, but has a clear visual sense of color and design that makes the layout visually interesting, along with the photos that correspond to each day. I really like the idea of keeping a daily photo journal, that appears very anonymous, but has interesting visual elements that are outside of the realm of standardized blogs.

Cool website designs
ttp://www.subway-life.com/ and http://www.eugeniomerino.com/ are two very engaging websites for visual artists that play as another element of their artwork.
Antonio Jorge Goncalves is an interesting artist who sketches and drawings of people in subway stations around the world. He stays at each city for an average of 3 weeks, and produces around 300 drawings from each trip. His website is visually interesting, because it works as an alternative map of subway-systems, creating his own to connect different cities together. The website thus become very interactive, while also displaying his artwork, bio, and information about the project in the forms of subway stops.
Eugenio Merino's website, though very simple in design, is highly fun to play around with, incorperating his artworks as the central figure that word bubbles string off of to guide you around the site. The first one that I had seen was that of his Mr. Melon, a playoff of Mr. Potatohead. Through simplicity, Eugenio is able to have an effective visual element, along with interactive element that makes his site interesting to explore.
